Tiger Story time!

On Thursday, we went to see Nate Robertson and Scott Sizemore of the Detroit Tigers read The ABC's of Detroit Tiger's Baseball at Barnes and Noble.  John was still out of town, so it was just me and Jack.  I met up with a mom from my mom's group with her 2 kiddos.

Jack was so focused on Paws, the mascot, and I wanted to get a picture with him...Jack started freaking out the minute Paws had a hold of him.  Whoops.

Here are Nate and Scott reading the book.

And then they signed the books afterwards.

Here is Jack with his goodies!

Sledding!

John has been out of town A LOT lately, and it's hard for me to update the blog while taking care of Jack 100% of the time.

Last week, my mom and I took Jack out in the sled while I shoveled.  Jack is just not a fan of the snow.  He looked super cute in the hat Sue knitted for him, but he didn't move the whole time.

Looks like he had a lot of fun, doesn't it?

Check out my poor baby's head!  2 days ago he fell off a step, and yesterday he ran into a wall and the bump on his head swelled up like crazy.  It was very scary looking, but he's ok, it just looks like we beat him.  He was supposed to go get a haircut today, but he needs the hair to cover his bruises!

Store news:  We have negotiated a contract with a landlord, now we have to do some more paper work, and then I think we will have a real brick and mortar cloth diaper store!   Crazy stuff!   We went to Ikea to look at furniture for the store, and we ended up buying a bunch of sale stuff!

Check out this kid....he doesn't look like a baby anymore!!!  He looks like a little boy!

Welcome Twenty Ten!/Best of 2009

We had a pretty low key New Year's Eve.

Well, unless you are talking about Jack serving at the bar.

Really, though we just hung out with Chris and Christine and played some scrabble.  Drank champagne at midnight...nothing too fancy.   Jack was up, as we were all falling asleep, he was raring to go.  That's my boy.

Welcome 2010!!  (prounounced Twenty Ten!)  I mean, it was Nineteen- whatever for 100 years right?  Why should we say Two Thousand Ten, when it can just be Twenty Ten?

Anyway, here is the best of 2009, via my blog ;)

Wow, that was hard!! Lots of great blog posts this year!  May and November were especially hard, good months for blogging!

Happy New Year!!
