24 Weeks/River Days

Pregnancy Highlights:

How Far Along:  24 Week/River Days

Size of baby: Baby is the size of an ear of corn. Baby has caught up with an ear of corn in size and gained about 1/4 pound since last week. (Length: almost a foot.)

Total Weight Gain:  Unsure.

Maternity Clothes: Everything is maternity.

Gender: We don't find out!  We are really thinking this is a boy.

Movement: I'm feeling the baby kick everytime I lay down or sit still for a few minutes.  It's always at the bottom left side, that concerns me that the baby isn't moving around a lot, and is always breech.

Sleep: I've been sleeping really well!

What I miss:  Nothing really right now.

Cravings:  Nothing really right now.

Symptoms: I have very few symptoms at this point, which makes me very happy. This pregnancy is going really really well.  and EASY.  

Best Moment this week:  nothing really comes to mind, but I'm really really happy about how great I'm feeling!

I'm really behind on blogging, I have a thousand pictures to go through, I should be blogging about our 4th of July weekend that was fabulous, but instead I'm blogging the weekend before's pictures.  

So, the weekend before last weekend, we went to River Days in downtown Detroit on the Riverwalk.  Jack loves the fountains here and they have a carnival and bands and fun stuff going on. 

At the carnival - he was too short to ride anything himself.  It was a little crazy, he couldn't ride a little train, or the cars that just go around in a circle.   He did all that stuff at Cedar Point last year when he was 2 or 3 inches shorter than he is now.   

He did get to ride a few things with Daddy though.
