Getting better...
I hope to post about more than just running...but we did another 5K, this one the morning of Superbowl Sunday. The weather was MUCH better this time! I ran 1 minute faster than the last 5K...31:28. Getting better, but I'd like to be under 30 minutes. It's hard to improve when the weather is so cold. Running isn't at the top of my list of things to do when I get home from work, when it's 5 degrees outside.

That is an adorable picture of Marcel...and you aren't too bad either! You should have seen how bad I looked after the marathon. 8)
